Meditation

Meditation is a must for any Wiccan. Meditation is where you can know yourself on a different level. Shadow work can be done during meditation, as well as the beginnings of astral projection, or meeting your guides.

There are different benefits to regular meditation. Stress management and lowering blood pressure are a couple of them. Start with a daily practice of 2-5 minutes of meditation. Turn off your phone, sit in a quiet place, and just be yourself for a couple of minutes. Try some of the exercises from the website.
